Our terms of reservation

By reserving a room you accept our terms of reservation.

Within a week after reservation an advance of 30 percent of the rental shall be transferred on our bank account.
Upon reservation we advise you on the exact amount and the details of our account. Your reservation will be confirmed by us.

In case of cancellations we charge: up to 30 days before the rental period 20 percent of the rent, thereafter 50 percent and within 7 days before the rental 70 percent.

The cancellation fee will not be charged if we are able to rent the apartment to another party.
